FanFic Rules & Regulations

People have been writing Fan Fiction for as long as there have been fans, but to keep us all safe and in the guidelines of the "law" I have looked up some guidelines that we should all follow before posting our stories and writings. Please read over these and make sure to include a Thread Summary and rating with ALL your stories. Stories posted here should have a rating of NO more than that suitable for an age of 13 (T rating).

Fan Fiction is merely the writings of one fan base for said fan base to enjoy. However, rules must be made and applied, therefore followed. Members who wish to not abide by the rules will be removed from the fan fiction board and possibly the group.

1. All members will be respectful to one another.

2. All members will be respectful towards Alexis and her family, friends, and associates.

3. All stories will include a Thread Summary Template. Failure to do so will result in your post being deleted.

4. Members will not bash or disrespect other board members in stories or post.

5. Stories will not reflect any true event. Please use common sense when writing fan fiction.

6. ALL other forum rules do apply here as well.


Blank Summary Templates are available at the bottom of this post. USE THEM. Simply copy and paste the whole thing including the Disclaimer and then fill in the accurate information.

Since I don't want this site to have to deal with the MPAA, we are going to switch over to the Fiction Ratings. These are as follows:

K - Intended for general audience 5 years and older. Content should be free of any coarse language, violence, and adult themes. (Rating is similar to the G rating.)

K+ - Suitable for more mature children, 9 years and older, with minor action violence without serious injury. May contain mild coarse language. Should not contain any adult themes. (Similar to PG)

T - Suitable for teens, 13 years and older, with some violence, minor coarse language, and minor suggestive adult themes. (Similar to PG-13)

M - Not suitable for children or teens below the age of 16 with possible strong but non-explicit adult themes, references to violence, and strong coarse language. (Similar to R)

MA - Content is only suitable for mature adults. May contain explicit language and adult themes. (Similar to NC-17)
