Just found out a few things

I have some information I learned about contracts & American Idol. Alexis is tied down by a contract with A.I. From what I gather the contract will run out near the end of the year. So we will not here anything for awhile as far as new songs she might be working on. I also got wind of a online chat she might be going to do.(hopefully). I will keep everyone informed of that, if and when I get more details!!!

Yeah If it is like previous contracts they are all still legally binded to Idol until the end of the A.I. tour or unless they can be dropped from them early because of permission (MJ did this last year I believe). This went though for all contestants on previous years who made the top 24 (Alaina had to wait a while to get signed officially) so I can only assume the same is there for the whole top 36 from this year.
Can't wait for the chat tho!!!!

i think that this rule of "being tied down" for a year is total BS... i mean many people already forget Alexis as is... the whole top 10 gets to go on tour across US... but the 11th finalist has to sit around and twiddle her fingers without starting her attempts to get album deal?? that's lame.

I hope she does some singing though... maybe some covers or something and posts the vids on her MS... did you guys see her and Jakie tohns on utube! ...
